Marketing Campaign Management

Collaborating with the marketing team and external vendors to set up online campaigns (such as contests) for the TV channels.

EDM content and launches

Curating engaging content for monthly EDMs and establishing comprehensive monthly reporting to glean valuable internal insights.

My Disney Account (CRM feature) Launch in SEA

Launched My Disney Account in the SEA region. My Disney Account offers users a personalized and seamless experience across Disney platforms.

Google Ads Management:

Overseeing the ecosystem of Google Ads campaigns across Disney’s SEA sites.

Content Localization and Updates

Localizing and updating content (for movie launches, shows, events, ticketing) on the Disney SEA sites.

Global Coordination

Synchronizing with the global team to ensure features are aligned and for the adoption of new features.

Dream Big Princess Campaign

Dream Big Princess was a marketing campaign contest focused on empowering youth through the creation of a website featuring an image builder for motivational quotes, enabling them to share their creations on the platform.

Opportunity

  • Bringing awareness to the Disney Princess franchise.
  • Increase traffic, impressions, interactions, and click-through rates for the campaign site and Disney landing pages.

Implementation

  • Set overall direction, defined PRDs, wireframes, user flows, managed vendors, QA, cross-marketing, post-mortem and server migration.
  • Project managed technical partners, internal designers, marketing, and legal teams to design and develop a dynamic campaign site featuring an interactive image editor.
  • Implemented a backend moderation and approval system to streamline operational approval processes for the team, increasing operation throughput.

Results and Success Metrics

  • Dream Big Princess became the most successful marketing campaign ran at that point in time, which achieved X00,000 (undisclosed) impressions and X0,000 (undisclosed) entries in the campaign of 2 months.
